WORK EXPERIENCE

I have been collaborating with a diverse range of companies, including Roddur, Elizeta Group, Vizija d.o.o., Mirador projekti d.o.o., Športko UŠDM, Municipality of Orehovica, and Enduro Croatia. My work has spanned multiple industries, allowing me to adapt quickly to different brand identities, markets, and communication styles. I have extensive experience designing for various e-commerce brands, creating product page layouts, newsletters, marketing materials, landing pages, and full campaign visuals. Beyond digital, I’ve developed a wide range of promotional materials, prepared files for cliché printing, and delivered complete website designs from concept to launch. My skill set also includes video editing and managing social media marketing—where I design and produce content aligned with strategic goals. Daily communication in English, both written and spoken, has been an integral part of my professional environment, ensuring smooth collaboration with international teams and partners.

July 2022. - January 2024. During my time at MyBestBrands, I was responsible for the design of all visual assets across the brand’s web shops, including mybestbrands.de and mybestbrands.com/it. I ensured a consistent, premium visual experience across homepage layouts, landing pages, promotional banners, and all campaign-related touchpoints. I designed and developed dedicated micropages for key seasonal and commercial events such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Black Friday, and other special campaigns—translating strategic concepts into engaging, conversion-driven digital experiences. My role also included the design and production of marketing materials, as well as newsletter design aligned with ongoing campaigns and brand guidelines. In addition, I contributed to app and website UX & UI development using Sketch, focusing on intuitive user journeys and elevated visual presentation. Daily communication in English—both written and spoken—was an essential part of my role, ensuring smooth collaboration within an international team environment.

November 2016. – July 2022. During my time at Calzedonia Group, I worked on global e-commerce design for brands including Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Tezenis, and Falconeri. I was responsible for designing all visual assets visible across their web shops worldwide, ensuring brand consistency while adapting creative to different markets. My role included designing and developing micropages for major seasonal and commercial events such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Black Friday, Giro d’Italia, fashion shows, and other global campaigns. I created and produced a wide range of marketing materials and newsletters, aligning each execution with brand guidelines and performance goals. Beyond visual design, I contributed to the UX development of web shops, focusing on user journey optimization and conversion-driven layouts. I also wrote and optimized product descriptions according to SEO best practices, supporting visibility and organic growth. A key part of my work involved localization—adapting banners and visual elements for different markets, entering content into CMS systems, and ensuring accuracy across regions. Additionally, I supported onboarding processes by educating newly employed team members. Daily communication in English, both written and spoken, was essential in coordinating with international teams and stakeholders.

May 2015 – November 2016. During my time at Omega Media d.o.o., I worked on a wide range of integrated campaigns, combining design, prepress, and digital execution for major international brands. I was responsible for the design and print preparation of POS materials including posters, promo stands, window graphics, sensormatics, advertorials, flyers, wobblers, shelf dividers, and stickers for brands such as Eucerin, Ferrero, and Gorenje. I participated in the design and implementation of complete 360° campaigns for clients like Ferrero, including digital activations and promotional platforms for Nutella. I also developed full visual identities and managed press preparation for projects such as BeautyME—designing logos, websites, social media visuals, newsletters, and comprehensive POS systems. My digital work included designing banners, web pages, Facebook applications, microsites, newsletters, and campaign materials for brands like NIVEA, Hansaplast, Labello, and the Sandoz group. I designed seasonal applications such as NIVEA’s Christmas activation and the Eucerin Advent microsite, as well as numerous teasers and banners across regional websites in Croatia and Slovenia. In addition to client work, I continuously developed personal creative projects, further refining my visual language and exploring new design directions alongside commercial assignments.

April 2011 - May 2015. During my time at MATE d.o.o., I worked on a broad spectrum of publishing and promotional projects, combining conceptual thinking, graphic design, and production coordination. I designed and developed promotional materials—including leaflets, posters, brochures, roll-ups, websites, sports jerseys, and business cards—for the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, ensuring a consistent and professional visual presence. For ZSEM Business Academy, I created the visual identity and managed the full design and prepress process for promotional materials. I also designed catalogs, website banners, and GIF animations for the International Financial Conference, while planning and organizing the production of printed materials and researching market trends and competition. Within MATE’s publishing department, I was responsible for the complete layout and design of product catalogs—including covers, advertisements, and interior layouts—as well as poster design for the Interliber. My role involved coordinating closely with sales, editorial, and administration teams, overseeing prepress, planning production timelines, and ensuring smooth execution from concept to print. Additionally, I designed book covers and interior layouts, prepared digital editions for tablets (Kindle, iPad), and developed a website for secondary school textbooks. Beyond design, I contributed to workflow organization—assigning tasks to assistants, creating monthly and weekly production plans, and optimizing processes to meet deadlines efficiently.
